I was in charge of packing and sending out the videos of Arab American stories. I also helped with adding links and teacher guidelines for each episode onto the website.

I was in charge of making sure rundowns were updated and handed out. I also made sure that the air times were posted. I set clocks and back timed. I also was in charge of making sure volunteers and staff were in position and that props were prepared.

I helped get release forms signed, provided guest hospitality, helped with floor managing as well as back timing. Handout rundowns, file a completion report, etc.

I helped with set design and moving tables/equipment. I also helped be a stand in for B-Roll; I was the main actresses hands and arms in close up shots.

I was a production assistant. I helped make sure products were in order and that make up was being done. I also was an assistant to the Producer to make sure rundowns were correct and handout properly. I was in charge of back timing.

I used Twitter and Instagram to update post on Facebook and Twitter. I was in charge of encoding on lime light as well as logging footage being streamed. I even watched interviews to write descriptions and logging notes. I even created the production books the entire staff used while filming.

I helped setup reception area as well as the set. I was in charge of crowd control and making sure all competitors were taken to their before and after interviews as well as gave out participation medals. I helped fill out log sheets and release forms.
