Manage the sets and props coming on and off stage during the live show. Assist in procuring, designing, creating, and building the sets and props used for these live shows.

Worked with the Production team in the office to assemble the approved set lists for each performer to be handed off to directors as they went live on stage. Assisted all the needs that were requested by both production and the performers, were met and fulfilled in a timely manor.

Did offsite runs for craft services, props, production equipment, etc. Worked on set as a stand during camera blocking and lighting. Assisted during set changes and moves.

Oversaw all the local Production Assistants. Made sure that daily tasks were completed. Between the trailers, TV Trucks, and large mobile studio set I divided the tasks among our talented hires to keep everything running smoothly for the two weeks we were onsite. Assisted on load-in and load-out shipping.

Assisted Operations Producer. Oversaw local runners with daily duties and tasks. Handled credentials for studio crew each week. Ensured Studio Crew had everything necessary for show day, rain or shine. Assisted Prod Coordinators with all things needed for Talent.

Worked with the NBA World Feed. Assisted Multiple Networks working through our world feed. BEIN Sports, Al Jazeera Network and more.

Lead runner overseeing the local PA/Runners. Scheduled runs and purchases for the show. Ensured that all six shooting locations and their corresponding TV Truck had everything they needed for their show to run smoothly each day. Handled all bulk food orders from craft services to crew meals.

Lead runner throughout the Football Season for the MNF Countdown Studio show. Worked directly with Operations Producer in any and everything they needed. Assisted Prod Coordinators with talent needs and pick up coordination.

Led onsite volunteers in completing daily tasks.

Oversaw the Craft Services PAs. Worked as a liaison between the Univision Production Coordinators office for simple office requests, large run requests or any needs for talent. Organized and ordered meals for the crews on show week. From 80-300 people. Assembled all expenses of on-site expenditures for expense reports.

Onsite at the Hard Rock Cafe Assisted the set decorator, helped reset and place props. During shoots had people sign release forms for being caught in shots, etc. Assisted the Cameraman during shoots with crowd control and replacement batteries/tapes.
