This film told the story of H. H. Holmes and his murdering spree during the 1800's. I worked on painting the molding, floors, and doors, all to mimick wood texture. I used a dry-brush technique on the doors and a thinned-out paint for the floor and trim. I also hung the wallpaper in the bedroom and dressed both the hallway and bedroom. I also assisted in the rental process of these pieces at the Universal prop house.

In collaboration with the director, I designed plans to transform already existing locations. I maintained our budget and also led a small team to dress the set and maintained organization of items used and ensured the locations where restored to their original design once production wrapped. 

This was a short film from director, Dina Fiasconaro of Fringe Films, LLC. I was tasked with set decorating, dressing, and buying, under the plans of our Production Designer, Cathy Cook. This set is comprised of many vintage pieces, custom built frames and pictures, as well as a printed backdrop of the kitchen.

I was asked to help in creating a gradient set from dark and dingy, to clean and peaceful. We used a large amount of mud to create that messy feel and scattered boards to cut up the light pattern. We also had to strike this entire set in only 30mins! Of course, we got it done! :)

For this particular, 35mm film, I was tasked with creating a faux, rundown, European apartment unit, under the plans of our Production Designer. We painted and aged the walls, selected and organized the props, as well as set dressed the entire set piece.  

I set dressed a music video for Jason Chu's song: A Love Song. We needed to split the room, one side the girlfriend's room, the other, the boyfriend's. We needed to do this practically and decided to utilize contact paper for the walls and bed frame to help achieve this effect.
