Although I mainly supported NFL Remote events, I did have studio responsibilities when I was not traveling. Some of my studio/office responsibilities included maintaining the swag and storage room, coordinating catering for production and crew, and managing the studio decor during the holidays.

-Secured vendors and crew prior to event -Assisted Production Manager to track and maintain budget -Worked closely with stadium operations and personnel to ensure needs of production were met -Supervised production assistants -Supported production personnel and talent -Handled all invoices and expenses reports post-event

The NFL Network has multiple locations during Super Bowl week. I was based in Times Square at our Super Bowl BLVD location. In additional to my typical responsibilities as an NFL Network PC, we handled many logistical challenges due to weather and location, allowing me to gain invaluable live-event experience.

-Oversaw travel, including flights, hotel and ground transpo for traveling crew -Managed budget -Created and maintained essential production docs -Supported talent team -MaintainedEquipment/Supplies -Organized Shipping -Coordinated Catering -Supervised Production Assistants -Handled invoices and expense reports

Supported the production team as a runner for Showtime's boxing event at the Stubhub Center in Carson, CA.
