Key Office Assistant. Kept up with production manager and producer, assisting them with schedules and successful run of day. Assisted Coordinator with contracts and necessary paperwork.

Receptionist and general office duties (calls, emails, coffee and copies), greeting visitors, prepping for meetings, receiving deliveries, assisting during screenings, handling phone ticket sales, Razors Edge data entry, etc. Assistant to Ashland Viscosi during the Texas Film Awards and the weeks leading up to the event.

General PA: Assisted with grip, was a stand-in for talent, completed set up and break down of sets, completed runs, etc.

Organizing records of ticket sales and guest list, table and seating organization, will call set up and execution, troubleshooting during will call, silent auction and lottery organization, etc.

Contract Personal Assistant to Lisa Richardson, owner of Web Design Tactics. I not only handled Lisa's schedule and meetings but I wrote copy for the sites she custom designed for clients.

Directed extras in background shots, escorted talent, control public interference near set, general PA duties including assisting grip and camera, driving people to/from locations, etc.

Second AD/Key PA during this PSA shoot. Wrangled talent and parents (of the minors on set), handled paperwork and release forms for talent, escorted talent and extras, kept schedule rolling through makeup and wardrobe.

General set PA, set up/break down of sets, lighting and camera assistant, talent wrangler, etc.

Assistant to Director (Mark Schimmel): kept track of his binder containing shot list, story boards and other paperwork, wrangled talent (George Strait/Trevor Brazile), wrangled horses and rode to/from set, coordinated PAs for tricky shots. Production assistant: assisted grip, set up GoPro cameras, breakdown of sets, coordinated extras, etc.

Worked with executives from Pandora and NBC (The Voice) for the "Discovery Den" at SXSW 2013. Handled all media releases, assisted brand ambassadors. Answered questions from general public about the event and brands. Before Event: Set up of both venues including painting, fence building, poster changes, and changing lighting fixtures.
