I am the stateside Fixer/Field Production Manager for Crikey! It's the Irwins. I am hiring local crew, managing the day to day shoots here in the States, creating daily Call Sheets and Production Reports, managing the petty cash and production expenses.

Coordinated two different shoots in Los Angeles and in Palm Springs. Arranged filming a music video in Palm Springs, 7 location changes, hotel rooms, transportation all on the second weekend of Coachella while staying under budget.

I am the Production Coordinator for the series Vice World of Sports. I have coordinated domestic and international shoots, including finding crew, vendors, fixers and gear. Planning travel for crew, compiling carnets and completing the paperwork for visas. I have kept an up to date cost tracker for the entire season that shows what charges the production has accrued and what is forecasted to complete the projected. I meet weekly with the Line Producer and the production accountant to ensure that head of production was receiving current and accurate cost reports.

Managed all aspects of the production of The Eighties, including gear, crew, travel and accommodations for producers, crew and talent. I kept and up to date cost report to showing all production and post production costs and forecasts.

I would hire and run the production assistants at every location, which included Washington DC, Houston, Detroit, Seattle, Honolulu, and Dutch Harbor, AK. Herzog & Company was contracted out for this project. I coordinated the BTS of the final season of "Hot in Cleveland". This included interviews with the producers and actors. Coordinated air travel and accommodations to and from Cuba for crew and the producers. Assisted the producers with processing the visa requirements to enter Cuba. I kept and up to date cost report to showing all production and post production costs and forecasts.

I am in charge of all start paperwork for propmakers and painters and their time cards, as well as purchasing for all the sets and researching and negotiating with vendors. I also assist the Construction Coordinator in monitoring and managing the construction budget.

I was a production and cast assistant for producer Irwin Winkler, actors Jessica Lange, George Kennedy and Emory Cohen in transporting to the base camp daily. I would also assist in making restaurant reservations, running errands and solving problems for those I was responsible for transporting and assisting.

As a Production Assistant I would assist in locking down the set during filming, working with the coordinator in making sure releases were signed by those being shown on TV and assisting the cast and producers while shooting on set.

I started as the office Production Assistant. When the production coordinator did not extend, I assumed his responsibilities and coordinated the remainder of the production, from July 15 until November 25. These included but not limited to shipping, booking crew, crew meals and boarding, completing call sheets and production reports.

Assisted in planning and executed the TV production of this 5 day event for Fox Sports Net. . Coordinating the travel as well as accommodations and any specific needs with the talent, their agents and managers. Assisted in translating for Spanish speaking sponsors and their families before and during the event.

Assisted the producer to ensure a quality production of this live event. Worked with Mr. Alan Thicke, Mr Steve Young and Ms Leann Rimes in coordinating their travel and accommodations and any needs they may have. Worked closely with vendors and servers at the event to ensure a smooth event.

Compiled gift bags for all celebrity talent. I assisted in accompanying the talent to the interview booth on the 18th hole. I would transport announcers and producers to their hotel after wrapping for the day. I first worked on this tournament in 1999 and did so again in 2001 and 2004.
