Working with the events dept at the LA Convention Center to help provide services for the exhibitors and patrons attending various events. Coordinate successful production of each event, check-in/out of exhibitors, managing logistics for theater & meeting rooms, guiding site visits and location scouts, providing customer service & information during shows.

Worked in tandem with Production Coordinator to transition the company to new ownership, detailed assessment of assets, personnel management, and project scheduling. Also planned and executed holiday gift, charity drive, and relaunch party for the company. This was in addition to handling calls, setting up meetings, coordinating client services

Managed daily operations and functions of a busy production office for a company undergoing a ownership transition.
