Assisted the Casting Coordinators by picking up cast finalists from LAX, administering their paperwork and keeping them on a tight interview schedule.

• Responsible for seating guests in proper areas of the theatre • Helped to set-up and tear down a make-shift production office • Managed crowds during the busy check-in period and throughout the day • Assisted with audience issues during live taping of the show through collaboration with other PAs

• Managed the audience throughout the show • Dealt with issues of overbooking and late arrivals that occurred right before the premiere • Organized the different ticket levels and found the best model for seating over 1500 people • Assisted guests by seating the talent and invited members of the audience in their assigned areas

• Helped set-up and tear down an entire production office and set • Worked with the Co-Executive Producer in the control room and on deck • Assisted the audience with check-in and ticket distribution before the live concert taping • Responsible for keeping the production office organized and well stocked throughout the week

• Helped with general office duties such as mail, phones, petty cash organization and runs • Responsible for using Microsoft Excel to keep track of audience members • Checked-in and assisted the audience by checking IDs and reservations • Managed the crowd during the live taping of the show by working with security officers
