- Produced and directed the Los Angeles portion of an international multi city promotion video for BMW’s new iNext concept car and its official release at the 2018 LA Auto Show - Worked with German clients to scout locations, obtain permits, create traffic and movement maps - Hired and managed LA video crew, secured equipment, managed production budget, created and executed shot lists - Managed the digesting and delivering of media to editing teams in Berlin and New York to ensure on time delivery

- Supported two segment teams and managed team of PAs to execute daily logistic and creative duties ensuring 30 story segments were produced promptly, efficiently, and to the highest quality over a 5 month window of production - Devised prop builds via story ideas from initial conception to camera placement by researching, acquiring, testing, and inventorying - Updated and tracked segment budget through receipt aggregation, account reconciling, and top sheet submissions to accounting - Managed a team of PAs through scheduling, creating/assigning duties, and acting as their POC on and off set - Managed daily and specialty costume design wardrobe for core cast ensuring camera readiness per continuity and story purposes

Helped develop an online audio mixing and color correction post facility which exceeded $1 million of business revenue in first year. Assisted the Head of Technology in weekly and monthly facility operations including equipment purchasing, edit bay inventory & maintenance, overseeing work orders, hardware set-up, and researching new technologies to implement for workflow efficiency. Owned monthly offline and online rental profit and projection grids for the submission and tracking of invoices totaling over $2 million. Formulated and managed financial calendars to ensure high profit margins by identifying overlap and expansion opportunities. Created and implemented key branding items such as an official company logo, services website, facility brochure, and office signage.

Assisted the SVP of Production in company-wide internal revenue and projection reporting helping to grow business from 7 to 8 figures. Worked with Head of Accounting to create monthly production model reports identifying efficiency opportunities through reviewing budget, revenue, in-house spend, employee salary, digital monetization profit, and development costs presented to the CEO/stakeholders. Corresponded with ASCAP and BMI to track, document, report, and ensure accurate royalty payouts quarterly. Pioneered and managed a companywide healthcare plan and employee handbook rollout for approximately 100 employees. Managed company payroll by working with accounting to ensure accurate time sheets, spend reports, and invoice reconciliation.
