Duties include: managing company facebook page, researching multiple content, pick-ups, deliveries, coordinating calendars, agendas, correspondence, copying, and filing.

Assisting producer of nationally distributed and sponsored PSA. Tasks included scouting locations, coordinating casting, assisting with music licensing, and handling a large portion of online distribution.

Assisting in daily operations of a game show, Issuing confidentiality agreements to crew and audience members, handling of legal paperwork, clearing of drive-ons, working closely with main talent (Justin Willman), researching, scheduling, maintaining calendars, filing, copying and performing administrative and personal tasks for the executive, network, writing, and production teams.

Scheduling talent in allotted time slots per segments, coordinating with managers, agents, and assistants to organize the talents requests. Arranging that the talents needs are met while on set.

Assisted with preparing and organizing gift bags for over one thousand people, table set up for VIP after party, set up of decorations, assisted in directing the crowd, and break down of after party.
