Duties consisted of FOIA requests, sourcing and scouring decades of magazine archives, celebrity photography, social media content, local news and articles. Extensive fair use research and clearance work was also required.

Conducted research and managed all archive for true crime / sports series. Duties consisted of acquiring Freedom of Information Act material from government agencies, as well as researching and obtaining relevant national and local news, content from sports archives, and other major media sources. This project also covered niche topics, which required many hours of digging for old contacts, unearthing personal archives, and extensive fair use research.

Researched, licensed and budgeted all third party media for Emmy nominated documentary series regarding high profile athletes, actors, and musicians. Licensed content and negotiated deals from dozens of major vendors in film, television, music and sports. Also cleared personal archive from families and other individuals close to our documentary subjects.

Researched, acquired and managed all archival material for 2 hour documentary on modern anti-semitism, including current news reports, historical footage and social media content. Also negotiated rates for material and created all accounts with various stock / archival vendors, as well as corresponded with universities, museum reps, and other individuals for clearance.

Prepped content for multiple two hour live specials under strict weekly deadlines regarding the U.S. / Mexican border. Organized and assisted with edit of highly sensitive footage, working closely with government agencies and legal teams to clear all materials and individuals shown. Oversaw network delivery.

Repackaged VICE.com video content for the VICELAND network. Researched and acquired stock footage and other new material to preserve original storytelling of series. Reviewed all of production and post materials to ensure they meet television standards for rights and clearance, and network delivery. Also worked on multiple seasons of original series for VICELAND. Shows include: "Munchies Guide to", "Pizza Show", "Beerland"

Researched, acquired, and cleared thousands of hours of archival content to cover news special looking back on presidency. Worked closely with editor, producer team. Also fact checked scripts, oversaw deliverables.

Worked from post production to wrap on three hour long documentaries following several transgender individuals' lives spanning nearly ten years. Focused on acquiring new archival material, clearing content from existing footage of individuals, researching and fact checking scripts, as well as serving as a liaison between cast and producers.
