Acted as company liaison with all clients to coordinate requests through multiple channels including, but not limited to order processing, shipping, invoicing, conflict resolution, project management & distribution efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.

Maintained archives of all footage taken on server and hard copies, was responsible for set up and breakdown of all equipment, worked as part of a team and independently while preparing for/executing live shoots, imported footage and edited into segments for online video streaming.

As a member of the management team: resolved customer disputes regarding billing, services, equipment inquiries and company policies, maintained inventory control, processed daily reports and ensured accurate treasury management and trained colleagues on new products and procedures to ensure the best customer in-store experience.
