In charge of coordinating the traffic of film prints from filmmaker or distribution company to the festival and back. Also coordination of the film format for its screening and technical tests in the theater venue.

Coordinating with talent management, booking venue, hiring vendors, hiring and supervising crew and production team, getting permits, finding and negotiating with sponsors, dealing with press, managing and overseeing the whole live event.
