Pitch segment topics, book and pre-interview guests, and compile all relevant research. Write and produce multiple segments per week (including celebrity interviews, cooking demos and games) from content conception to execution, while staying within episode budget and timing constraints. Obtain all necessary location releases, guest releases, clip/photo clearances, identification, and legal forms. Coordinate with all departments including field, props, legal, graphics, post-production, and marketing/PR. Develop and maintain positive relationships with PR representatives, agents, managers, talent, network executives and other media personnel. Delegate tasks to production assistant while keeping team organized and on track to meet deadlines.

Develop and execute pilot concept to appeal to audiences and network executives. Conduct contestant pre-interviews to gather stories and information for host notes. Write and edit script for rehearsals and pilot. Serve as an informed liaison between showrunner, script department and prompter.

Responsible for selecting all written material for air by constructing question sets for regular+celeb contestants. Manage assistant by delegating tasks and giving exposure to Stacker job. Assist Head Writer w/ question edits and grammatical/stylistic details. Work closely with EP+VP Programming to maintain desired energy level for show.

Provide video work, editing behind-the-scenes and interview videos to be showcased on Girlslife.com and GL's YouTube channel. (Using Final Cut Pro.) Write articles featured online and in print edition of magazine. Former editorial intern in 2010.

Assist Writers/Research Office in all necessary tasks, including but not limited to the distribution of unresearched questions to the appropriate researcher, re-organization of research packets in a new and better system, question edits, podbuster materials, pulling of used questions and creation of audition tests and rehearsal/briefing questions.

Responsible for Exec and Supervising Producers’ daily needs (appointments, calls, info requests, scripts prep, game documentation and casting material prep). Liaison btw control room, office and set. Assist writers/researchers with writing and question set stacking. Produce reference docs on each ep while tracking game play statistics.

Liaison between projectionist, filmmaker and audience. Responsible for running pre-screening tech check, starting film promptly and maintaining quality presentation throughout screening.
