Oversee staff of 9, including 3 staff directors. Identify, mentor and promote 3 young directors to staff roles to address changing production budgets and projects in Chicago at the time. Sell, negotiate, and win projects with a roster of 12 directors for all aspects of commercial production; Social, Activation, Web, Broadcast, agency, direct to client, etc. Execute and maintain large network of relationships with agencies domestically and internationally. Oversee all P&L as well as Tax Credits, Operating budgets, and staff salaries and welfare.
