· Act as a liaison between the location and production · Troubleshoot production inquires on set · Coordinate with various departments for prepping and wrapping a location

· Complete purchase orders for department · Coordinate with the AD Department · Organize scout trips & itineraries for the department · Negotiate vendor agreements · Secure filming permits for location shoots · Obtain signed location agreements from various locations · Maintain a relationship with The NYC Mayor’s Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting

· Act as a liaison between the location and production · Troubleshoot production inquires on set · Coordinate with various departments for prepping and wrapping a location

· Work closely with directing team preparing and distributing shooting scripts, schedules, floor plans, and various other essential production documents · Maintain weekly credit/chyron list · Deliver tapes and necessary paperwork to network offices · Assist Producers with weekly scheduling of the show

· Assist Director and Associate Director with any and all needs · Provide on set support for talent and crew · Construct itineraries in booking travel, crews, and stages for shoots · Collaborate with Production Coordinator to keep track of department accounting
