Laura Hood

I assisted Megan Spatz in organizing and labeling the wardrobe for this film. I assisted her on set once, but mainly kept things organized back at her location for next day shoots.

I made cold calls & other ways of out reach to find new clients. I helped schedule & send follow up emails with directions & information that were needed for interviews. I greeted clients as they arrived & helped them complete all legal paperwork and I would help organize and put together pitch binders.

As one of two production designers for this short. As a team we designed & built our own set, used it in a studio and took it on location. I designed and constructed costume pieces, obtained and styled the wardrobe, designed make-up, dressed the sets and rented/bought other set props.

This was a month long shoot in Huntington, IN where I helped Lauren Fox with wardrobe and prop organization. I also tended to the actors. I helped with equipment set up and tear down was on set to help all members of cast and crew in any way I could.
