- Prepare monthly cost reports and communicate reports to finance department, in-house management, and executive teams to appropriately manage cash flow. Responsible for managing, hiring, and training full PM teams; Conduct interviews, assist with structuring staff, hold weekly meetings with production and post-production teams to ensure efficiency.

- Create and manage production schedules, budgets, and cost reports. Oversee all aspects of production, from pre-production stage to post production for multiple series: including pilots, talk shows, countdowns, and reality shows. Network liaison for 3rd Party Productions responsible for coordinating with in-house executives to implement specific series demands.
