Lily Pease

I am currently the part-time Event/theater coordinator for a PBS/NPR station. My role includes: finding sponsors, fundraising, calling venues, managing catering, making spreadsheets, and overall whatever the Events Director needs done!

This was a 2 man crew consisting of the Director of Photography and myself. I assisted the DP with lighting, helped with set-up/break-down, and designed product displays.

Handled Catering, Set up/monitored crafty, Runs to pick up lenses, Prop runs, Trash sweeps

Edit promos, take B-roll, do research for documentary, write emails

Driving rental vans, Taking lunch orders and picking them up, Using walkie-talkies, Loading and unloading trucks, picking up crew from the airport, production office set up, Crafty Shopping, Printing, Copying release forms, generally helping out on set

-Wrote scripts for large events -Assisted in the filming of a local award show -occasionally cohosted a community oriented radio show -made phone calls on behalf of the non-profit
