Oversaw 8 edit rooms for a new daily MTV series helping young women with self-esteem, dating, etc. Created and updated a post production Style Guide to ensure continuity throughout multiple edit rooms. Established a tracking system for media management. Managed deliverables, work-flow, online schedule, and final delivery.

Responsible for the delivery of three syndicated seasons of 175 episodes each. Screen and QC episodes to confirm they meet all standards for air. Manage the schedule of multiple edit rooms other post staff to ensure shows are completed both on time and cost effectively. Maintain and update the air schedule.

Assisted in pre-production and production of four episodes of Storytellers by scouting locations, working with the set designer, and creating and compiling information for set lists. Created and maintained the post production calendar and delivery schedule. Supervised and contributed creative input to both video and audio edit sessions.

Delivered two seasons of an HD, multi-cam, talk and music series to numerous networks, each of which received a customized version of the show. Managed the schedule of all post production staff. Created and maintained the post-production calendar to ensure a timely and cost effective completion of all deliverables.
