Research potential cases. Write case/story timelines. Find and book interviewees. Book and coordinate all interview travel segments. Research and find specific background talent. Handle PC, PAs, payroll, releases and paperwork. Track and help manage Art and Wardrobe costs. Coordinate logistics on set.

Worked directly with Executive Producer/Showrunner. I was the primary contact for investors and was responsible for contacting and scheduling them for interviews, communicating with the rest of the producing team to make sure interview dates/times worked for investors, booking travel, making sure they were happy and enjoyed their experience and that everything went smoothly for all 16 investors. I also handled releases and other required paperwork and followed through to make sure all of their payments were processed. Worked with Post to proof lower thirds and info cards for all investors and inventors as well as gathered information and points of interest for cards from investors.
