Helped coordinate production crew and talent pre-production, during production and post-production. Created call sheets, worked directly with Opryland Marketing team to identify locations and create a shooting schedule. Facilitated meals and green room needs. Helped shooting move smoothly from one location to the next within the hotel complex.

Worked with Grand Ole Opry crew and staff, as well as TCM Productions team, to coordinate shooting of taped telethon at the Grand Ole Opry. Created call sheets, hired and worked with catering team, coordinated ordering and return of equipment, helped with talent and production team needs.

Assisted with tory outlines for scriptwriting; coordination of interviews and crews for production; organization of pictures and stock footage for editing; coordination of post-production with edit team.

Research into icons, their musical careers and awards; securing rights and clearances for album covers from labels; script writing and editing assistance; coordination with production and editing staff.

Working under Line Producer to communicate with staff for call times, vendors for equipment rental and return; ordering and managing catering needs; maintaining petty cash; assisting with wrap of project.

Working closely with Production Manager and Executive Producer to coordinate crew and equipment before, during and after live performance; assisting in crew and talent pay; working in coordination with Ryman Auditorium managers and staff of Americana Music Association staff to facilitate a successful show.

Brought in to Produce and Cast for re-enactments for a documentary, currently beginning the film festival circuit. Coordinated crew and talent, working closely with Director, Wardrobe and Executive Producers to plan for and execute 6 days of filming. Working with Director in editing final film, and in creating versions for festivals and distribution.
