Supervised budgeting, scheduling and workflow for busy, ever-changing post department on series shot from the Orkneys to Peru, from Egypt to Iceland to Palau

Started as production manager, took over as line producer on low budget 35mm feature, then helped writer-director take film through answer print stage, handled logistics for festivals & sales.

Supervised second unit (animals & VFX), supervised equipment rentals and grip/electric day players for main & second unit, coordinated with Visual Effects teams on green & blue screen work, lock-offs, worked with accounting at wrap to find missing equipment/sell expendables, saving company thousands of dollars.

Pulled together reshoots for low-budget horror thriller including scheduling, negotiating deals and coordinating logistics. Worked with post on open issues.

Supervised feature initially in Australia then in Montreal including helping with budgeting, scheduling, major insurance claim, supervising night shoots and coordinating logistics of setting up editing in Los Angeles with French and Canadian editors.
