Coordinated 48hour film project team. Received studio and gear rental donations from Siren Studios. Kept cast and crew on task and on schedule for entire weekend. Handled all necessary paperwork and stepped in as a grip and PA when needed.

Received and organized gear lists for grip & electric orders, production supplies, photo rentals and expendables. After receiving the list I would pull the order and stage it so that it could be loaded into the vehicle when ready.

Loaded gear in and out. Helped with lighting.

Acquired props, wardrobe, and shoot locations. Scheduled and maintained call sheet and kept production on schedule. Made sure all paperwork for the festival, SAG, and insurance was completed and turned in on time.

Location acquisition, prop acquisition, found and hired all background actors. Handled all actor and background paperwork. Acted as a liaison between actors/ background/ crew and producers.

Made sure each set location was dressed properly and ready for shooting when the director was. Kept actors informed of call times. Removed footage off of full SD cards and placed on timeline for editing. Made sure craft services were available at all times.

Over 5 days, filmed over 40 hours of training lectures with a multiple camera set up. Maintained consistent set design and lighting throughout entire project. Edited footage into an 8 hour corporate training video.
