Created huge database of potential candidates, oversaw APs, did extensive and out of the box outreach, completed skypes, cutdowns, write ups for network, background checks, etc, all to ensure best possible cast for this groundbreaking social experiment.

Oversaw casting and development teams for boutique production company until pandemic related closure. During my tenure, successfully sold projects to Food Network, Cooking Channel, HGTV, Science, A&E, and History. Developed strong relationships with network executives, agents, and other production companies, as well as independent producers who needed production company backing.

Led casting team and discovered OUTSTANDING cast for new series about social media sensation, Dr. Miami. Duties include research, outreach, conducting and filming cast interviews, editing casting tapes, compiling story beats, acting as liaison between cast/crew/medical office, and more.

Supervise all aspects of productions for a wide variety of clients from ExxonMobil to Service Corp International to the American Cancer Society. Oversee short and long form content across multiple mediums for branding campaigns, internal communications, safety training and orientation programming, project documentaries, and more. Develop, write, & produce content for custom apps & interactive programs for a new ten-billion dollar media center for a major energy client. Create and supervise all components of annual pro-bono production for 501(c)3 companies. Specially trained to produce in restricted space (helicopters, offshore facilities, medical facilities, etc.)

Responsible for hiring crew, ensuring all parties are up to speed each day, and communicating schedule, beat sheets, locations, and production notes in the field. Required to keep up morale for cast and crew and keep location production on schedule and on budget.
