 Produced, shot, edited, finished a multitude of spots for the 2012 Elections  Built the production department from the ground up including interviewing, hiring and managing editorial teams and union and nonunion crews.  Coordinated multiple productions simultaneously; responsibilities included setting the shoot schedule, casting/directing talent, and assisting in shooting/editing spots.

 Organized and managed online / agent submission casting call looking for six full day extras and 13 half day and one “Monika” Stand-in.  Wrangled talent/agents; responsibilities included helping with wardrobe, informing them of the call time and location, coordinating their schedule, collecting talent releases, and invoices.  Managed tight production budget.
