Direct Operations for the true crime series “Deadly Sins”, airing on Investigation Discovery, overseeing production operations on both coasts. Set up interview shoots across US, handled on-site management of re-cres in Los Angeles, and oversaw Post Production team in NY. Liaised with Production Company and Network. Responsible for developing the budget and tracking costs, and have brought series in under budget for four straight seasons.

Accountable for executing the planning, logistics, budgeting, and operations for “Road Eats” (working title), a new reality series under development for the Discovery Channel. Duties included arranging travel, submitting payrolls, cost tracking, etc.

Delivered approximately 100 shows annually with project budgets ranging from $125K individual segments to $25M+ series. Developed and spearheaded projects from conception to final cost reporting, including preparation and implementation of 40 to 50 budgets tailored to meet division’s overall financial plan. Determined personnel and facilities requirements, formatted logistical plans, and controlled costs associated with each broadcast. Led 300+ technical and production personnel, through 13 direct-report Production Managers, on multiple simultaneous productions (domestic and international).
