Group wrangler for award winners over the course of three days, assisting them on all scheduled events, rehearsals and award show.

Coordinate with producer all pre-production needs before event; create production binders, make copies of show flow, production schedule, contact list, shows powerpoint presentations. Order printer, create playlists for walk in/walk out music and get supplies for on-site.

Coordinate content reviews & rehearsals for all presenters for this marketing meeting. Create production schedule, rehearsal schedule, show flow, contact list, video matrix, daily presentation status report, binders for producers & PA's, graphic identifier list and graphic folders. Confirm all onsite production needs are met and all post production needs are completed.

Coordinated all needs for the Food Seminar team including creating rehearsal schedule, show flow, contact list, show binders, daily itineraries for presenters, handling convention registration, travel and rooming.

Coordinate and manage schedules for over 150 filmmakers invited to the festival. Work closely with festival Programmers, PR, travel and transportation coordinators. Attend nightly events, oversee hospitality suite and nightly filmmaker lounge available during the festival.
