In charge of inventory and delivery of Production gear to/from hotel and filming locations. Booking RV's for video village. Get the best pricing options for Flights/Hotels for filming locations. Hire local crew. film permits. Getting Releases signed and organized. Local Vendor communications. Set up local catering for daily crew meals.

In charge of generating/organizing/disbursement of credentials - VIP, City Officials, Vendors. Manage inventory of walkies Assist other depts with there needs Time cards. And all general office needs.

Secure Locations for Filming. Get permits, Contracts, and releases. Clean -up and up till the handshake thank you and goodbye. Houses/Offices/Restaurants etc..

I would book crew, equipment, hotel, airline tickets, hotels. In charge of Per Diems. Reconcile receipts after every shoot. In Charge of time cards, releases, petty cash, credit card purchases. Would maintain Binders for each episode. Office Prep then travel in the field with Production.

Daily contact with Newtork. Responsible for trade outs. Ensure we have all needs for completion of projects. (Parts, Paint, Motor, etc...)

A/C - Prep the camera everyday to be ready at all times. Assist with setting up/taking down the Jib. Logging Tapes G/E - Place all the lighting on set. General Duties include doing daily runs for crafty and lunch and supplies. Handling petty cash
