Responsible for producing both live gaming content on brand with the companies current formats, as well as weekly 10-20 min unscripted episodes. Working mostly within our own studio on location, producing duties consist of talent booking and coordinating, reserving studio time and working along side other productions to ensure there is no issues, prepping games and hardware for every shoot including game capture testing, stage set ups and technical needs, as well as scripting outlines for the shoots and question prep to aid in the unscripted nature of our shows, in addition I follow all episodes through post giving notes and approvals to shape the best possible episodes each week and follow them through release with promotion and branding monitored continually afterwards to ensure the success of every episode released. In the time when this is not happening, I am working on prep, talent booking and logistics for our Live team as we broadcast various shows throughout the week on the company's Twitch channel. Overseeing the prep from that team, as well as being the producer behind the camera for every broadcast.

Producing and Editing Gaming Content for The multiple channels and Live streaming platforms utilized by the company. Involves Casting, Running Shoots and Interviews, Scripting and working with production management to have everything ready on the day, followed through with all the post work, editing and finalizing the edit with color, sound and graphics and seeing it through to release and beyond interacting with fans and giving updates on the content.

Lead Editor for the gaming department. Work directly with producers from planning pre-production in what would work best to create the episodes all the way through finishing and getting uploaded online. Day to day involved building cuts based on generic outline of desired direction, sitting with producers to refine cuts, addressing notes from the company owners, and finalizing with color, sound mix, graphics and any additional sweetening needed to get up to company standards.

Work with producers in creating a 30 min. documentary about the story a Feature script is based upon that they are searching for funding on. Blank canvas was given and I wrote and cut the 30 minute piece based upon talks with involved party's, research and interview shot with players involved.

Logging/Transcoding of Dailies, creating select reals of footage for Editor, Cutting of select scenes, preparing outputs for screenings, troubleshooting editors system upon failure, archiving footage and cuts and other misc. editorial duties for a documentary.

Working with editor and director to create concept animations and timing for VFX in film. 75% of shots then went to Lead Artist for polishing and the other 25% I polished. In addition title sequences and various clean up shots were part of my responsibility.

Transcoding and Authoring of DVD and Blu-Rays for company titles. Including graphic design elements inside the authoring. Select titles: Dracula: The Dark Prince, Tekken 2, Absolute Killers, Baby Geniuses 4 and 5.

Oversea of the entire post department, all deliveries for distribution came through me, hiring and supervising outsourced work, coordinating with accounting and Owner in regards to budgeting within Post, Booking talent for dubbing and ensuring all arms of post teams were functioning and running smoothly.
