Very much the hub of the show between talent and production. Understand ins and outs of celebrity talent needs, correspond with their team and handle location scouts. Point person day of on shoots for all things related to locations and shoot logistics. Work on all aspects of show from talent brainstorming, pitching and booking to physical production and post clearances. Quick to respond to needs and able to handle pressure of fast paced production environment with a moment’s notice. Produce segments and enterprise events for talent to attend and also handle a wide array of responsibilities from social media content, staff communication, and beyond.

Assist story team and executive producers with organizing footage, notes and keeping track of packages needed for after show. Comfortable with Avid.
