On location in Fiji, support Lead, facilitate the absolute sequester of all participating candidates, communicate scheduling, facilitate re-location while maintaining sequester, communicate with AD department on status of cast, act as liaison between production and cast, report any medical emergencies, coordinate the processing and removal of eliminated cast, coordinate with travel department, provide assistance to Story department, provide and track any cast equipment, clothing, and medical items.

Build story with artist and DP/Director. Location scout, facilitate travel to locations, plan shots/colors, provide on set support, aid in edit/delivery of final product, over-all running of set and story. Oversee production from conception to execution, pre-production to post-production. Oversee location scouts, tech scouts, and manage final locations. Handle paperwork, memos, permits, and agreements. Correspond with equipment rental houses and negotiate pricing for packages. Handle talent. Organize crewing. Manage set life and locations.

Roll calls, handle correspondence with all candidates, organize all incoming candidate assets, communicate with editors about said assets, support casting producers and associates, maintain rigorous notes of each interaction with candidates, schedule candidate interviews and pick-ups with producers, build one-sheets and other pitch materials, guide candidates through the casting process, facilitate contract release and return.
