• Processed crew and cast contracts, SAG-AFTRA Taft Hartley’s, vendor invoices, location and talent releases, crew timecards, and NDAs for talent and background extras. • Secured clearances for use of copyright materials. • Compiled final paperwork needed for film tax credits. • Created and managed television production and post-production budgets for corporate clients. • Created purchase orders and entered purchase orders and vendor invoices into the billing system. • Reviewed petty cash envelopes once production wrapped to ensure all backup documentation was present. • Created and maintained crew and vendor lists. • Handled all travel arrangements for Producers including booking domestic and international flights, reserving hotel rooms and renting cars. • Coordinated equipment rental and post-production studio rental time. • Served as a liaison between Producers and talent and Post Production teams.
