Contact vendors for any necessary vehicle, camera equipment, or miscellaneous items for rent • Track flow of petty cash/receipts and manage PAs on shoot days • Create travel memos and start forms for new freelance staff • Create and distribute call sheets during production

Assist in creative brainstorming and give creative input to current TV productions (The Biggest Loser, Restaurant Startup), Provide administrative support for multiple executives, Research and interview potential leads for casting projects (Aloha Vet, Hunted), Proactively coordinate events and corporate meetings for executives and talent, Create mood boards, presentations, and pitch booklets for network meetings Communicate with agencies and freelance staff when staffing for new shows, Provide company with a weekly update for all unscripted current programming at ESNA

Oversee emails, phone lines, expense reports, travel arrangements and calendar of VP, Coordinate final deliveries of in-house sizzles, pilots, and projects to major networks, Manage budgets, post schedules of current shows and in-house development projects, Handle department purchase orders, invoices, and start paperwork for freelance employees, Work with Sr. Manager of Post on all internal equipment needs
