-Assisted the show’s four talent, working closely with all other departments to facilitate talent needs and movements -Managed the calendar, travel, and daily schedules for talent -Coordinated all Covid testing, protocols, and safety measures on set for talent

-Managed all on-site hospitality needs for 25-35 A-list musical performers and celebrity presenters during rehearsals and live telecast -Designed and executed 30+ celebrity dressing rooms each year, working with vendors for furniture, catering, and decor -Hired, trained, and supervised a team of up to 9 Production Assistants

-Oversaw the on-site hospitality needs for all Pregame Show and Halftime Show performers including Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, Maroon 5, Travis Scott, Demi Lovato and more. -Created and maintained a functional and comfortable holding space for over 100 dancers and musicians

-Greet and assist all celebrity talent and musical performers -Coordinate talent needs with all departments including wardrobe, security, travel, credentials, audience, producers, green screen studio and stage management -Manage all details of cast workshops including cast meals, craft services transportation and venue
