I redesigned a 10,000 sq. ft. loft where 8 contestants would live throughout filming. While the space was amazing, it was a complete mess. We reconfigured existing furniture, bought many new pieces of furniture, art, rugs, accessories etc. and loaded in the entire space in 3 days.

As Art Director on this show I began with homeowner consultations to determine the needs for each shed. Using 3D software I then designed each shed and pitched the designs to both the Network and the homeowners. Each shed had a theme ranging from Champagne to Pirates. I found contractors, negotiated contracts, managed the build in all aspects from materials to timeline, arranged for tradeouts with many vendors for each project, purchased all accessories, and staged the sheds for reveal. I oversaw the entire process from concept to completion of the shed designs.

For this series I designed and executed renovations of "Wild" spaces including a bus, train, and barn. I sourced vendors, managed the build schedule and budget, and sourced all materials. I was also on site managing the progress of builds and ensuring that all necessary materials were present. Finally, I staged the sites for reveal.

Designed and rendered interior and exterior spaces, managed budget, sourced products, and led build team to complete home renovations.

I designed and managed a six day kitchen and dining room renovation. I found vendors, ordered all furniture, cabinetry, etc, staged the rooms, and worked with producers to schedule camera time on set to ensure that all major renovation steps were captured on camera with our hosts.

I designed three rooms in a home including a kitchen as well as found all vendors, scheduled the build, and purchased and staged all of the rooms. Additionally, I managed the budget and build team.

With Feldman Designs I assisted in the design of multiple talk show sets and custom designed anchor desks. I also did the CAD drafting for these desks for the shop to build from.
