Work closely with Director Eden Wurmfeld and Editor Mona Davis to develop and pitch storylines that reflect the film’s themes of child rearing and youth who are learning to navigate adulthood. Conduct interviews, direct talent and crew, field produce, and book and execute nearly 70-shoots. Cast principle characters, and develop and maintain relationships with talent. Hire, train and manage a team of 4-10 production assistants, assistant editors and interns. Create and oversee organizational and workflow systems for various aspects of production and post-production, including footage and asset tracking, talent and location releases, footage clearances and restrictions, and archival and study research.

Oversaw post-production teams, including five producers, seven editors, and three audio engineers. Direct on-air talent for multiple behind-the-scenes featurettes and promos including Shameless’ 70s-inspired dance video, The Circus’ roundtable discussion, and Penny Dreadful’s historical London walking tours and studio set tours. Lead producer for Showtime’s in-house long-form programming, including episode 113 “Recap” of The Circus, Homeland Debrief: 30-Minute Series Recap, and Inside Penny Dreadful: 15-Minute Show.
