Conduct interviews, direct talent and crew, field produce, and book and execute nearly 70-shoots. Cast principle characters, and develop and maintain relationships with talent. Hire, train and manage a team of 4-10 production assistants, assistant editors and interns. Create and oversee organizational and workflow systems for various aspects of production and post-production, including footage and asset tracking, talent and location releases, footage clearances and restrictions, and archival and study research.
