Worked with a team of 15 to develop and produce a new podcast (audio & video) for HBO’s Fboy Island on HBO Max. Show is distributed on all podcast platforms, YouTube & HBO Max. Top 50 on the Apple Podcast TV & Film Chart. Recording: assisted in building a custom studio from scratch, set up recording equipment, identified recording hazards, was in charge of capturing all audio during recording sessions and setting up remote guests via Zoom. Coached hosts Danielle Perez and Jared Goldstein to achieve the desired outcome set by HBO. Briefed hosts before each recording on key talking points to hit. Wrote comprehensive show notes for hosts and producers, adjusted show notes in real time to create a stronger editorial output. Assisted with post production, acquiring assets to enhance the listener experience such as transitions and additional audio clips. Worked with EPs and HBO team to make edits and adjustments to meet the desired show length and editorial outcome.

Developed, manage, produce & host an original music/pop culture podcast The Mariah Report Podcast. Show currently has over 320 episodes and 740,000+ downloads. Top 100 Apple Podcast Music Chart Booked/interviewed guests: Misty Copeland, Michaela Angela Davis, Michael R. Jackson, Kristofer Buckle & others. Hired freelance music producer, graphic designers and voice over artists to create show assets and branding. Recently hired a social media manager due to 40% growth in 2021. Monetization: To-date the show has generated over $20,000 in total revenue and an average of 40,000 monthly downloads. Profit generated by creating subscription based premium content, a line of merchandise and organizing multiple social/promotional events. Negotiated a deal for The Mariah Report to join the Americasts Podcast Network. Show production: Plan live-to-tape show outlines, research topics, storyboard episode ideas, structure show segments, fact checking, plan episode story arcs, score music. Edit and mix using Pro Tools. Upload files, enter metadata and distribute the show using the CMS Anchor.
