Pomona, CA: Was assigned a Producer, Camera Op, and Mixer and followed them throughout the week logging important scenes that could be used for the show.

Drop offs/Pick ups of external hard drives to and from post office, answer/transfer calls, general runs (food, mail, etc.), maintain kitchen/trash, helped set up gear check in/check out with new software (archivist.)

On the field with the Production Coordinator and was in charge of handling crafty, ordering/picking up lunch and breakfast for crew. Helped out the Lead AC when the DP needed certain gear. Drove crew to and from shooting locations and helped out with distributing parking permits to crew members.

Assisted both Line Producer and Production Coordinator with setting up travel, hotel and ground transportation for the talent of the Pilot episode of You Got This! I am familiar with Doczilla, researching the cheapest fares for all three responsibilities listed prior, itineraries, and constant communication with FOX Travel's Accounting Department.

Helped out Art Department and Culinary Department set up stage for contestants cook-off. Arranged set up of tables/grills, shelves for food, distributed pans, trays, cooking utensils evenly. Distributed food (vegetables, poultry, canned goods) based on presentation for cameras. Helped pack everything up at night once dinner service was wrapped.

helped out credentials with arranging badges for guests, tidied up crafty when needed, was a stand-in during rehearsal, and did trash runs when needed.

In charge of making runs, driving shuttle (either with cast/crew,) gassing up vehicles, taking out trash, wash/drying duties, lock ups, assisted art department with resets, overall maintain stage as clean as possible.

Assisted Producer with handling emails/phone calls to get crew ready for shoot day, was in charge of crafty, food runs/returns run for wardrobe as well.

maintained crafty table. drove talent/crew to and from shooting locations. lock up duty to keep public from going in to restaurant/being in exterior shots. moved gear to and from desired locations. packed up kitchen utensils/chairs/desks at the end of the gig.
