• Maintain talent files that include information such as performers' specialties, past performances, and availability • Entering talent data on support central system. 
 • Ensure casting sessions run smoothly. 
 • Select performers for roles or submit lists of suitable performers to producers or directors for final selection. • Contact agents and actors to provide notification of audition and performance opportunities and to set up audition times. • Prepare actors for auditions by providing scripts and information about roles and casting requirements. • Serve as liaisons between directors, actors, and agents. • Locate performers or extras for crowd and background scenes, and stand-ins or photo doubles for actors, by direct contact or through agents

• Coordinate interviews or any type of press for participants and celebrities. • Serve as a liaison between celebrities and production team. • Coordinate food requirements and transportation for all the talent in the production. • Make sure celebrities are on time and ready to perform. • Solve problems that suddenly came up during the production. • Manage their agenda along with their agent in order to keep track of their schedule. • Assist with administrative and day to day basic duties. • Manage the given budgets in conjunction with the production manager. • Revise talent agreements and documents needed for the show.

• Develop project plans and coordinate production meetings and timelines. • Plan and manage production as well as post-production schedules, shot lists and logs. • Responsible for tracking records & files for all completed and in-progress assignments. • Manage project flow and procedures with the team. • Responsible for script breakdown using Dapro. • Responsible for maintaining continuity and recording the production unit’s daily progress while shooting.

• Maintain positive relationships with client, company leads and artists. • Assist with marketing campaigns to generate awareness and maximize artist exposure to the market. • Develop promotional plans and served as team representative at a variety of music conventions. • Responsible for the development of branded accounts and expense reports. • In charge of revising talents agreements for music videos and various authorization forms. • Organize travel arrangements and accommodations for cast and production crew. • Assist/Organize meetings and music listening sessions. • Overseeing promotional activities; i.e. TV, radio and press interviews at the venue or at other location. • Supervise at concerts; sound check and all acts perform on time.
