• Successfully produced and directed multiple illustrated sermons and drama sketches for the senior pastor while overseeing a drama department of a 6,000 member church. • Developed a production process for professional running stage productions, oversaw a six-figure budget, hired stage production professionals and recruited volunteers. • Produced the 2004 Christmas musical spectacular which included a cast of over 200, acrobatics, live animals and multiple set changes; recognized as the most successful production in the 15-year history of Free Chapel. • Produced, wrote script, cast and directed an illustrated sermon for Mission Sunday which helped bring $1million in pledged contributions - Free Chapel’s largest financial contribution for missions. • Produced illustrated sermons for Rocky Mountain Winterfest, in Knoxville, TN which aired on TBN, Daystar and BET. It was shown before crowds of 22,000 teens for two consecutive years; one broadcasted production was rated #1 by Nielson’s Ratings for an entire month. Free Chapel, Gainesville, GA (01/03-01/04) Children’s Creative Director: • Launched a drama department and recruited team members; produced, wrote/edited script, cast and directed weekly sketches for the children’s service which served more than 500 kids. I lead a Creative Team of volunteers and helped develop them in their production roles.
