Oversee all aspects of pre-production and production. Work jointly with founder, director and executive team in developing digital media content and events. Support the team day of production manage talent, acting as AD, set designer and lend hand where needed. Implemented strategies and systems to increase organization and cohesiveness within the team. • Liaison for talent and crew in managing schedules, call sheets, budget, contracts and meetings • Manage and track progression of projects to ensure deadlines are met • Scout and secure locations for filming needs throughout Los Angeles • Set and manage internal calendar for executive meetings, filming and all scheduling needs • Organize and lead department meetings

Assisted with script supervising during rehearsals, development of lighting during scenes, set design and scene changes in between scenes. Maintained schedule and time during rehearsals and show. Assisted cast and crew to promote show during Soul Festival.
