Prep in office and travel with DP for full-crew shoots, in multiple states, for different shows in the popular reality docu-series franchise airing on TLC. Prep involves contacting cast to find story, conceiving and setting up scenes, and writing interview questions. Shoots in the field involve wearing many hats and a lot of moving parts.

Lead a team on 3 hectic days of shooting an intense and dangerous live special event to be simulcast on 2 networks. Directed and produced celebrity TV host Tory Belleci with knowing participants and coming up with reads, covering live action, and doing packages for different segments of the show.

Field producer for Farrah Abraham who is one of the most challenging, and popular characters/storylines in the highly-rated, long-running MTV franchise. As Field Producer I was responsible for tracking and building story arc, directing camera, writing schedules and hot sheets, and communication between field and the office.

Researched ideas and pithed stories for short videos produced for viral internet consumption.

Coordinating producer had a hand in casting talent including finding and cold-calling companies, conducting Skypes and editing casting reels, pre-producing talent and prepping them for the shoot. Handled all pre-producing, scheduling, beat-sheet writing and briefed field producers and remained in touch to change creative as the shoot progressed.

Directed talent and helped direct camera on set during filming, also did the edit for final product to be featured online.

Captured video of a 3 day business conference and awards ceremony and cut it down to a recap video which was shown on the last day of the conference.

Handled all AP duties for 2 of the main cast members along with directing talent and crew in multiple aired-scenes and handling all Field Producer responsibilities for multiple stretches of 3-4 weeks while we were restructuring organizationally.

Traveled to Lusaka, Zambia to capture video and audio for interviews with and youth mentoring programs for people infected with HIV for the Elizabeth Glazier Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Upon return to the US I edit some of the footage for 1 of the videos to be created with what I captured.

Conceptualized, shot and edit music video for signed recording artist Open Mike Eagle.

Produced and edit video for professional drummer Logan Baldwin in BK.

Travelled to Miami and Washington DC and worked as a local to capture all video and audio for the background packages of cast members who had filmed with full crew previously. Had to capture verite, set up and light sit-down interviews, capture OTF interviews and grab b-roll.

Handled AP duties for multiple girls, also ran casting sessions for new talent and for girls we used as bumpers into and out of commercial breaks. I operated camera for a couple pick up scenes and actually filled in as on-screen talent for a scene as well.

Travelled to Nairobi, Kenya to capture audio and video of a Nonprofit conference taking place for internal corporate and online fundraising efforts. Upon returning to the US I edit and provided music for the video.
