Solo PA on a "food porn" shoot of a special order wedding cake being designed, baked, and built. Typical PA duties, including taking pictures for deliverables, handling lunch/crafty, assisting with camera work and lighting, setting up and breaking down gear, etc.

Solo PA on a short sizzle shoot for a reality show in Austin, Tx. Driving talent, coordinating shooting schedule, and helping assist with camera and audio departments, in addition to other PA duties.

In addition to office PA prep responsibilities, also in charge of driving and catering to clients for the shoot, making sure they were on schedule to arrive and leave shoots. Also other PA duties during shooting, and assisting VTR with recording and playback at times.

Typical PA duties, including crew transport, crafty assistance, moving gear, lockups, etc. Shoot was at an F1 racetrack with live vehicles as well as simulated car crashes, so safety and personnel management was especially important.

Helped prep for one week in advance of shoot, taking care of travel arrangements, assisting with casting and callbacks, picking up vehicles, crew paperwork, etc. Also did returns and other tasks on the wrap day.

Traveled to Corpus Christi for Pepsi live event aboard the USS Lexington, handling typical production duties to help prep and run a live music event and it's filming. Shuttling talent and key crew, helping coordinate crowds, performing lockups involving vehicles and helicopters were just some of the required tasks.

Hired as the solo PA for the 3 week run of house renovation reality show pilot for HGTV. Responsibilities included craft services, planning lunches, releasing and coordinating talent, set photography/deliverables, etc.

Responsible for transportation of talent, as well as a key member of a travelling picture convoy, driving crew follow vehicle and helping to guide the picture car through the correct route. Also worked alongside the 2nd AD to ensure the shoot ran smoothly.

Worked as a 2nd 2nd AD under direct supervision of both the 1st and 2nd AD, managing talent, coordinating 50+ extras, and framing shots for the director/DP.

General PA duties, lockups, runs, crafty, and moving gear. Overnight pickup shoot for a previous job, same crew. Worked with the 2nd AD to help run the shoot smoothly.

Head PA responsible for the Austin segment of LA based reality show. Picking up vehicles, managing craft services, handling releases and coordinating transport just a few tasks delegated during the shoot.

Worked a 24 hour shift as Digital Imaging Technician and then Assistant Editor for a short film for Austin 48 Hour Film Festival. Tasked with downloading and managing media during the quick run and gun shoot, checking the footage for continuity, and then assisting the editor with the initial rough cut.

Typical PA duties, along with assisting location manager with prepping and breaking down set dressings and coordinating movement plans and production vehicles on company moves.

3 day overnight shoot for a NHTSA Drunk Driving PSA. Tasked with primarily assisting the AD as an unofficial 2nd 2nd AD, helping to keep the production moving smoothly and staying on schedule with company moves, multiple set ups/break downs, etc.

Worked as part of a small production team for USAA's annual NFL commercial spot. Tasked with airport pickups/drop offs and scheduling talent/crew arrivals and departures, along with other typical PA duties.

Handled a variety of responsibilities, including driving as part of a picture convoy, driving talent and agency on airport runs, planning shooting schedule/call sheets, crafty runs, petty cash management, etc. Involved decision making and acting alone as a fill in for roles such as coordinator and assistant director.

Cube truck driver for Google commercial shoot around Austin, Tx. Responsible for driving production vehicles, managing truck inventory and walkie distribution, and managing loading and offloading of trucks in 20 location within 4 days.

DIT for independent horror film shot in Texas. Brought on by the director and exec. producer to handle downloading cards and organizing media onto multiple drive setup, as well as working with editing team to log footage and transcode into 3D material. First time DIT, hands on learning process.

Hired on to run 2nd camera as a Behind the Scenes Videographer for the Tech Scout/Shot Planning stages as well as pre-production rehearsals of independent horror film shot in Texas.

Solo Production Assistant responsible for craft services, runs, and general help to production team.

Worked as solo PA on a 4 day shoot for a Lifetime Network reality show presentation pilot. Duties included assisting in camera work, audio recording, lighting setup, set design, and script supervising, along with typical PA responsibilities ranging from runs, petty cash, craft services, managing personal and location releases, etc.

Theater Manager in charge of volunteers at Alamo Drafthouse Slaughter Lane location. Met with directors and other film talent to coordinate intros, Q&As, seating and cleaning on venue to keep film festival running smoothly and on time.

Worked to ensure the successful filming and audio recording of the Itunes Music Festival 2014 at SXSW in Austin, Tx. Handled releases, as well as set up and break down, running media, etc.

Solo PA, responsible for assisting the 1st AD as well as handling releases, transpo, runs, crafty services, etc.

Filled in key roles of Associate Producer as well as Production Assistant. Worked with the Director and DP to make creative decisions regarding content, operated the audio mixer and miking duties for the shoot, as well as assisted in camera work when needed.

Four day commercial shoot, 16+ hour days. Responsibilities included everything from Transport to Craft Services, PA for the camera truck, set lock down, running data cards, personal PA to the Assistant Director.

Using BTS footage from FF3D Proof of concept shoot, editing together web content for website and media pages. Short episodes from 30-120 seconds, ranging from comedic content to sneak peaks of the final product and the process used to get there. Ongoing project, 10 episodes to date.
