Assist small documentary crew in all elements at various locations on tight schedule. RED DIT. Runs for equipment and lunch.

Ingestion of footage from sets for three simultaneous Discovery Communications series. Organization and transcoding of acquired materials for use by AEs and Editors. Transcription of episode cuts and conforming of scripts for departmental and network use. Logging of footage for use by network. Various runs as required.

Work with all elements of production on-set, within tight schedule, for music video and commercials. Also responsible for crafty, set-up, striking, runs, and transportation of talent.

Assistance in the upkeep and organization of production office. Pulling and organizing PU bites from footage for editors. Transcription of footage. Frequent runs for crafty, office supplies, and production equipment. Cover reference desk and answer phones as needed.

Assistance in story development and editing of sequences to be used in the documentary film, “Women of the Gulag” and subsequent eBook. Log, transfer, and conversion of footage to be used for editing and viewing by Director and Producers. Shot brief introductory sequences to be released with eBook videos.

Provided assistance to the art design team with the acquisition of props, set design, and striking of sets within very tight schedule.

Provided assistance to production teams including lighting, camera, and set construction work with production design/art department. Provide cues to actors and extras. Frequent runs by car for equipment, supplies, and food.
