• Full-time PC over 4-5 shows, like Queer Eye, Real Housewives of NJ, Love & Marriage: Huntsville, and more! • Consults on production and studio level decision, i.e. hiring of crew members and budget allocations • Liase with senior leadership and field production team • Manage production teams in the office & field, book travel/vehicle fleets, clear locations, cast management, etc. • Coordinated international travel for 35 crew and talent less than 2 weeks before departure date • Coordinate all pickups for RHONJ - building out call sheets, managing cast schedules, booking crew and HMU, covid testing, securing locations, permitting, etc. • In the field to manage Fab 5 arrivals in NOLA, checking in on them upon arrival, assisting in any requests, etc.

• Full-time Office PA over 4-5 shows at a time such as Real Housewives of NJ, Queer Eye, Mama June, and more! • Execute talent payments, meet with executives, coordinate crew/talent travel, field credit card reconciliation, etc.

• Coordinate office administration including phone coverage, office purchasing, packages/shipping, returns, etc. • Support costume team with expense reports, budget reports, as well as coordinating returns • Enforce strict COVID-19 protocols while checking in audience members and supervise audience while in studio

• Assist Field Producer’s with cueing talent for entrances and coordinate release signing/logging • Day player for season 12, transport cast/crew to and from location, and assist in equipment set up and breakdown

• Shadowed Associate Producer’s to learn Timecode+, Hot Sheets, daily beats, and other daily responsibilities • Transported cast, crew, and equipment to and from location • Assisted with the load in and load out of gear, as well as assisted in equipment set up

Talent Wrangler • Wrangle contestants to and from set along with their touch up kits, interview outfits, and other essential items • Constantly update producers with contestant whereabouts and act as a liaison between talent and producers • Ensure the satisfaction of contestants with daily needs

Production Assistant • Assisted the grip and electric team with daily production needs • Drove a cargo van, 15 passenger van, and minivan • Assisted with the load in and load out of gear

General Production Intern • Work as a production assistant on remote shoots • Researched and helped implement a new eco-friendly water bottle for the office staff, talent, and guests • Stand in for lighting and blocking purposes during rehearsals • Contribute to research of potential show guests, viral videos, and interesting daily news Costumes & Music Intern • Worked directly under head of Costumes Department to ease workflow • Managed costume buying and returns while maintaining expense reports, inventories and receipts • Assist with escorting of talent and guests and act as a runner distributing messages within crew. • Monitoring chart movement and press pre and post taping • Coordinating talent dressing rooms in setup and break down
