Responsible for crew travel accommodations. Maintaining crew receipt and expenses as well as distributing petty cash. Maintain constant communication with show producers, staying up to date with all production details as well as administrative duties. Assist with managing onsite production.

Assisted with contestant registration and audition process.

Responsible for picking up equipment as well as help crew with set up and break down of equipment. Other responsibilities included scouting shooting locations, talent and location releases as well as crew transportation amongst other PA duties.

Assist with all aspects of production. Duties include but are not limited to, making sure all talent releases are signed. Distributing tickets to guest. Help set up and break down of craft services area. Assisting of cast members and crew in all areas of production.

Assisted with the post-production of the show including music clearance sheets.

Assisted with the creative process to deliver the marketing necessities to meet the client's goals. Coordinated rehearsal and production schedules and meetings. Oversaw rehearsals and travel arrangements for talent. Helped regulate budgets and the distribution of per diem to crew. Worked closely with the producers on the overall production process.

During pre-production maintained scheduling for the Executive Producer for conference calls with clients as well as meetings and interviews with talent. Assisted with creative content and areas of the run of show as well as song selection for talent. Participated in ancillary shows and making sure overall production ran smoothly.

Assisted with the set up of talent dressing rooms and other production needs. Maintained communication between producers and talent during performance.

Assisted the Talent Producer with setting up the artist green rooms and securing premise and talent releases. Provided Music Clearance company with clearance request forms for all music and video assets within the shows. During pre-production typed and distributed schedules, call sheets, contact sheets and assisted with scheduling of crew.
