• Created guest lists for each of the 11 shows, distributing them to hair/make-up artists and stage managers • Greeted and escorted guests to the Green Room, hair/make-up rooms, and onto set • Read through each of the 11 shows’ Rundowns, resolving any issues raised by the guests and/or talent • Called bookers when guests cancelled, assisting in reorganization of that segment of the show • Selected, cut and assembled B-roll to be broadcasted on live news shows • Drafted daily pre-show teases to be transmitted to the teleprompter and read on air by co-hosts • Built daily polls and interactive chat-room questions for the show’s webpage • Participated in daily post-show meetings to plan agendas for future shows • Analyzed the latest news topics to build research packets for the show team • Built guest queues and satellites for the booking team
