Designing and creating costumes that work within the performers' needs, taking measurements, shopping within a budget, and altering clothing for events.

Making appointments via phone and email, being the main point of contact for talent and clients, providing talent with casting/booking details, keeping the office organized and tidy.

Working with on air guests specifically, keeping them updated with show changes, schedule changes, and attending to their needs. Micing with lavalier microphones and IFBs, doing mic checks, preping greenrooms, and communicating with Live Show crews of any necessary information.

Worked with the First Assistant Director with scheduling the upcoming day, helping with location scouting, creating and sending call sheets, handing out and filing start up paperwork, faxing and mailing documents to production office, in charge of petty cash, and keeping up with what's needed for the office/crew/crafty.

Helping set up video village, keeping notes of camera direction and actions filmed for editors, keeping track of running time, maintaining the time recorded for first shot and wrap, pointing out inconsistencies and errors visible to the camera or audio, and making copies of the day's notes for producers/editors.

Working with the wardrobe designer, getting the talent/model the clothing, organizing clothing and accessories, steaming and otherwise preparing clothing for wear, pinning clothing, packing and unpacking the materials given to me, and maintaining its up-keep as it is worn.

Set up displays thoroughly, attend to the talent, prep monitor system, perform the roles of a script sup, steam and attend to wardrobes, and run general errands for productions.

Helped talent quick change during a live-stage event, made sure the talent was accommodated before and after, and helped organize wardrobe for the talent.

I was responsible for providing transportation for crew, running various errands, making and picking up meal orders, keeping up with crafty, loading and unloading equipment, being responsible for petty cash and crew purchases, and general help to crew.

Clearing actors and in-screen guests/talent, filing paperwork at the end of each night, keeping track of photos of talent, and running general errands for crew and talent.

Collected picture release forms from interviewees and background people, gathering crafty items, attending to crew's needs, and running various errands.

Worked as a videographer for a live event. I worked with other videographers to figure out best locations for shooting, and kept up with the talent. Filmed with my own Rebel T3i on HD.

48 Hour Film project (PGA) - Had to put together outfits that the talent provided, distress the outfits per character's looks, and had to find and obtain a prisoner jumpsuit.

Keeping track of talents (both adults and minors), helping with wardrobe, helping with props, helping with lunch and catering, and unloading/loading equipment before and after the production.

Worked on the 48 Hour Film Project - Had to find a military surplus store and gather wardrobes for each actor's size, had to distress clothes quickly, get each character accessorized appropriately, and had to maintain their looks throughout the day.

Supervised base camp, attended to talent and escorted them to and from set, use of walkie-talkie, printing call sheets and scripts, and communicating between departments.

Assisted the production manager in setting up base camp, ran errands for production design, drove talent to and from hotel/airport and set.

In charge of catering, setting up craft services, assisting the production manager, helping clean up at the end of each night.
