Assist the producer and executive producer with all aspects of the physical act of making video content. A production supervisor’s role includes facilitating the production schedule, budgets, equipment rentals, transportation, locations, catering, billing, and communicating with crew members and clients.

Vendor tasks- Add vendor tasks from Scripts to software, keep track of thier statuses from the art vendors. Writing- Create and manage virtual writing rooms and help create documents. Budget- Track budget costs for Art Vendors Call sheets- Create Call sheets for Production Travel- Create itineraries for travel/hotels Meeting- Create Meeting Notes and send out reminders for action items

Taking over for old PC to help finish up show. Responsibilities include Booking locations, handling releases, booking lunch, tracking gear/hard drive shipment for crew and process FOIA Materials for producers.

Film Competition and set live feed to lobby and judges.

Cold Call possible interviewee's. Schedule meeting with Producer and interviewees. Also PA when production begins and currently in media team posting for instagram weekly.

Create Call Sheet, keep crew on schedule and work with Director to push production through
